A.N.U. Law Courtyard

Harris Hobbs was engaged by GMB Architects to work with a consultant team to redevelop the main Law Courtyard and the Northern concourse space.. Various memorial spaces were highlighted and enhanced through removing extraneous interventions that had crept in to the courtyrads over time.  Essentially the main courtyard was a case of removing  elements, getting back to the core landscape elements of large trees, broad areas of irrigated grass, wide pedestrian paths, external teaching spaces (and lots of bike racks).
