Harris Hobbs was engaged in 2019 to redevelop the Junior School playground.  Initially we redesigned the playground associated with a new building, and worked closely with the consultant team to rectify significant ground water and local flooding issues.  The ground treatment consisted of sweeping arcs of stacked sandstone logs, raised decks and artificial grass a s a durable ground treatment under retained large trees.

A subsequent stage is being developed through 2020 to redevelop the broader Junior School playground, including nature play, outdoor teaching, vegetable gardens, new play surfaces and  a water play zone.
